You speak directly with the person who scopes and builds the project. I keep the decisions and feedback in one conversation.
I run Ayo alongside my full-time job, with up to 20 hours a week for freelance work. Your repository, hosting accounts and documentation stay with you, so another developer can take over if needed.
If the work needs several developers at once or round-the-clock support, we should discuss a team with that capacity.

Can we work together remotely?
Yes. I work remotely from the Netherlands, with regular demos and written decisions. We can also discuss an in-person kickoff in the Netherlands.
Can you work with an existing website or system?
Yes. We review what is there first, then decide which improvements, integrations or replacements are needed.
How do you charge?
Project work is quoted against an agreed scope. Consulting is billed by the hour. Changes to scope are priced before the added work starts.
Who owns the code?
You own the code, repository and hosting accounts.
What do you need from us while it is being built?
Allow time for a weekly review and feedback from someone who can make decisions. We agree the expected involvement when scoping.
