I'm Giancarlo Angela, a full-stack developer from Aruba, now living in the Netherlands. I have eight years of experience building production software in teams. Ayo is my freelance practice, which I run alongside my full-time job.

At Ayo, I handle the scope, development and handover myself. I reserve up to 20 hours a week for freelance work and agree the schedule before taking on a project.

My independent practice for websites, web apps and technical advice. Attentive Customs Consulting was my first paid client project.
The name
Where the name Ayo comes from.
I grew up beside the Ayo boulder field in the centre of Aruba. The rocks still carry Caquetío carvings.
I named the studio after that place.
I now work from the Netherlands, with clients here and in Aruba.
